How to Stay Safe in the Sun

Although the sun is totally becoming unbearable these days, one cannot take because of it to fail to attend his daily business as most of our day to day business are carried outside – under the sun.

Avoid Being in the Sun from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.;

The sun is normally in its peak from 10:00 in the morning to around 2:00 in the afternoon. Your best bet of avoiding the harmful UV rays emitted by the sun within that period is to stay indoors either in your place of work or inside your house. 10:00am to 2:00pm is the "worst time for sun exposure".
